⚠️ Please use a FedEx Envelope only with this label. FedEx letter- or legal-size envelopes are available free of charge at any FedEx location. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply if other types or sizes of packaging are used.

OASIS CHINA VISA SERVICES — TERMS OF SERVICE

Please review these Terms of Service carefully. By submitting any application materials or otherwise purchasing, accessing, or using the Services offered by Oasis International Travel Corp d/b/a Oasis Chinese Visa Services, you are confirming that you have read, understand, and accept these Terms.

1. Applicability. These Terms are entered into by and between You and the Company and govern your access to and use of OasisChinaVisa.com.

2. Company's Obligation. The Company shall provide services relating to the completion and submission of a visa application to the People's Republic of China Embassy or Consulate.

3. Performance and Timing. All dates and time periods shall be considered estimates only.

4. Applicant's Obligations. Applicant shall cooperate with the Company in all matters relating to the Services and respond promptly to any Company requests.

5. Fees and Payment. Payment is required 100% upfront. Refund: In the event your Visa Application is rejected, you are entitled to a refund of the Visa Application Fee only.

6. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7. Governing Law. All matters arising out of these Terms are governed by the internal laws of the District of Columbia.
