Business Visa : For visiting Business or Commercial entities in China

Essential documents to start

Passport
  • Passport must contain at least 2 blank visa pages

  • For single-entry visas, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months

  • For a 10-year visa, the passport must be valid for at least 12 months (U.S citizen)

  • Copy of a state-issued driver’s license
  • or a state-issued resident I.D. (copy)
  • or a recent Utility Bill / Bank Statement (copy)

Our company currently offers assistance only to applicants residing in the following states and territories: 
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.

To be issued by a Chinese entity, the letter should include:

  • Applicant information – full name, gender, passport details, etc.
  • Details regarding the visit – purpose, arrival and departure dates, destinations, connection with the inviting party, and funding sources for expenses.
  • Details of the inviting party – name, contact number, address, official seal, and signature of authorized individual.

Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible. Our team at Oasis will review it and guide you through any necessary corrections later. Do not submit the form until we’ve completed our review and provided instructions. Once you reach the form review page, stop there—save your Application ID and close the form without submitting. This ensures we can assist you properly before final submission. If you’ve already submitted the form, we can use it as a reference and help you fill out a new one if needed.

Situational supporting documents

The documents listed below are commonly required in photocopy form, depending on the specifics of your application. We recommend preparing these in advance to help streamline the process. Please note that actual processing times may vary based on individual circumstances.

  • U.S. Naturalization Certificate (for applicants with dual or multi-nationality)
  • Green Card (for non-U.S. citizens)
  • Employer’s Letter of Verification (for company paid travelling, or sensitive careers)
  • Passports from previous or additional nationalities
  • Records of previous Chinese visas or residence permits
  • Previous Chinese Visa & Residence Permit records
  • Court record required if the applicant has a criminal history.

If any of these documents are unavailable, it may not prevent your application from being processed, but it could affect the processing time and final decision. Our visa specialists are committed to helping you prepare and submit your application with accuracy and efficiency.

Estimated Costs

Our standard fee for processing a business visa application is $295, in addition to the Chinese Embassy’s visa application fee of $140 for U.S. citizens. FedEx 2nd Day shipping is included.

Estimated Total: $140 + $295 = $435.00

A discount may be automatically applied for additional applicants after the case evaluation.

For expedited processing, we aim to complete your application as quickly as possible, with a service fee of $400, plus an Embassy Fee of $165 (for U.S. citizens), and priority overnight FedEx shipping for $51.35.

Estimated Total: $165 + $400 + $51.35 = $616.35

A discount may be automatically applied for additional applicants after the case evaluation.

For non-U.S. citizen applicants, the embassy fee may vary and can only be confirmed after the visa has been processed. Our visa specialist can provide an estimate; however, it will be subject to change.

Preparation Stage

The review and evaluation process may take up to 2 business days before we can accept your order and request payment. After that, it may take another 1 or 2 business days to finalize your application.

Inbound Shipping

It may take 2–3 business days for your application to arrive by mail, unless you choose a faster delivery option. For detailed guidance, please refer to our Shipping Tips page.

Embassy Processing

Once your application materials are received, they are typically reviewed & submitted to the Chinese Embassy within 24 hours. Processing by the Embassy usually takes an additional 4–5 business days before your visa is ready for pick-up.

Return Shipping

On the same day your visa is ready, we will pick it up and ship your passport—now containing the visa—back to you. A tracking number will be emailed to you, and delivery typically takes 2 business days.

Preparation Stage

We’ll start reviewing your application as soon as we receive your materials. After your payment is completed and the order is confirmed, we’ll finalize your application and send you a shipping checklist within a few hours.

Inbound Shipping

For reliable next-day delivery by 10:30 AM, we recommend using FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. To help avoid delays or delivery complications, we advise against using USPS Priority Mail Express.

Embassy Processing

Once we receive your application materials in the mail, we will review and submit them to the Chinese Embassy ASAP. The Embassy then typically require 2–3 business days to process your visa application.

Return Shipping

Your passport, now containing the visa, will be shipped back to you on the same day your visa is ready. FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you, and delivery typically occurs on the next business day.
