Who Is This Service For?

This service is exclusively for applicants whose names have been submitted to Oasis China Visa Services by Out Adventures.

If you are part of this group, you’re in the right place.

Application Requirements

You will need one of the following:

• U.S. Passport, or

• Non-U.S. Passport with a valid U.S. Green Card or other lawful residency status

Additional documents may be required depending on your individual background. Your Oasis case manager will guide you through this step.

Cost & Fees

Service & Government Fees

• Oasis China Visa Services Fee: $200 / Per application

• Chinese Embassy Visa Application Fee: $140 / Per application
  (Partially refundable for non-U.S. citizens, if applicable)

Return Shipping

• FedEx 2nday PM Return Shipping: $23 /Per return shipping address

  • Tracked / Signature confirmation / Insured up to $500

Processing Time

Processing time depends on where your application is submitted:

• Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C.
  ⏱️ Approximately 3 weeks

• Other Chinese Consulate Generals
  ⏱️ Typically 4 weeks (may vary by location and workload)

Please note that processing times are subject to change based on embassy and consulate volume & workload.

How Do I Get Started?

Getting started is easy:

1. Register your order and receive your Order ID

2. Fill out our questionnaire at HERE

   • Please do your best to complete the information.
   • Travel itinerary (Click to download)
   • Please enter “Out Adventures Group” in the “Comment Box” field (last page).
   • Your case manager will review everything carefully and follow-up with you afterward.
3. Make payment 
   

   • Your case manager will review all submitted information and contact you to arrange payment.

   • Once completed, an Oasis agent will contact you within 1–2 business days to help gather documents and prepare your official embassy application form.
4. Send your passport to Oasis China Visa Services by following our Shipping Instructions

Recommended Time frame

We strongly recommend starting as soon as possible.

Due to:

• The Chinese Embassy’s new online application system, and

• The upcoming busy season for China visa processing,

• Deadline for April 14, 2026 departure: February 6th
• Deadline for May 5, 2026 departure: February 27th
• Deadline for October 8, 2026 departure: August 2nd
