自2023年11月7日起， 国内办事不再需要海外的文件进行使馆认证, 简化手续后目前改为了接受海牙认证过的文件。

海牙认证办理起来比较简单，我们已经不再办理此类业务。
首先您需要按照国内相关办事机构的要求准备好内容， 然后持有效的身份证件找当地的公证员办理签字公证，最后再到公证员所登记的地方法院或者州务卿认证办公室办理海牙认证即可。

If you already completed the U.S Dept. of State authentication by mail, we are happy to assist you with the authentication of the Chinese Embassy before Nov 30th, 2023.
The current processing time for the Embassy’s authentication is about 1 week. To start, please email your documents to our office for preview, we will provide you with the right forms and instructions accordingly.
The Chinese Embassy can still accept documents for authentication before Nov 30th, if your document is certified by the U.S Dept of State before Nov 7th.
Otherwise, we advise you to prepare your documents for apostille certifications. Apostille certification only takes a few days to process, and cost much less.
Due to the extremely long processing time with the U.S. Dept of State authentication office, we decided to stop processing Federal authentication orders. The U.S. Dept of State authentication office has been closed for the Pandemic and remaining closed since then. For details, please visit the official website at HERE.

2022年2月5日，中国政府交存了《海牙协定日内瓦文本》（1999年）的加入书， 不久后公证认证文件的办理手续将会被简化， 认证的成本将会降低，同时办理时间将会大幅度减少。 我们会根据情况选择不再提供部分文件的公证和认证业务。 如有不便之处，敬请谅解。

The purpose of the Chinese Embassy Authentication is to legalized a document so it can be accepted and used in China. In order for the Chinese Embassy to authenticate a document, the document must be firstly authenticated by the U.S Dept of State, and the Secretary of State where the document was executed. Some documents may require local courthouse certification/ local notarization before state level authentication.

Processing Fees:
Document authentications may go though different processes and take different length in time. We quote base on your document and it may cost in between $100-$400 for the first document. Additional documents will receive discounts depends on the required processing.
