Below is a list of core documents required for all applicants, no matter the type of visa you’re applying for. Our visa specialists will use these basic documents to review and evaluate your application, then provide a customized processing timeline and a final quote with payment instructions. If you choose to continue with our service, you can proceed with payment. If you decide not to move forward, there’s no obligation to pay — simply let us know, and we will delete your case information.
Required Core Documents
- Valid Passport
- Minimum of 2 blank pages required
- At least 6 months’ validity for single-entry visas
- At least 12 months’ validity for a multi-year visa
- Proof of Residence
- A copy of your state-issued driver’s license or resident ID
- Or a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address (photocopy)
- China Online Visa Application I.D
- Only the COVA I.D Numbers are needed.
- Fill out the form as thoroughly as possible! Our team will review it and help you with any necessary adjustments.
- Do not submit the form until Oasis provides further instructions after our review.
- If it’s already submitted, we will still try to proceed with the form you have filled out.
- Additional Document for Applicants Born in China (First-Time Chinese Visa)
- A photocopy of your most recent Chinese Passport (if applicable).
- A photocopy of your U.S. naturalization certificate.
