WildChina

Draft

We are pleased to announce that Oasis China Visa Services is now an official partner of WildChina to provide comprehensive visa application support for WildChina tourists traveling to China.

As part of this partnership, Oasis China Visa Services will offer tailored visa assistance to residents of the following U.S. states and territories, which fall under the jurisdiction of the Chinese Embassy in Washington D.C.:

Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.

For residents in these states, we provide a mail-in visa processing service that eliminates the need to visit the Chinese Embassy in person. Applicants outside of these states may need to apply through the Chinese Consulate General corresponding to their state of residence, in accordance with official jurisdiction policies.

Visa Application Services – How It Works

We offer two convenient service options for eligible applicants:

Option 1: Assisted Form Preparation

Applicants who prefer guided support may:

  1. Fill out an online questionnaire provided by Oasis China Visa Services.

  2. Upload the necessary documents directly through the secure form.

  3. An Oasis visa specialist will prepare and complete the COVA application on the applicant’s behalf, confirm details, and provide the finalized packet and instructions for mailing.

  1. Applicant fills out the COVA visa application form independently at https://cova.mfa.gov.cn/.

  2. Applicant emails the following documents to Oasis China Visa Services for review:

    • A scanned copy of the U.S. passport bio-information page

    • A copy of a state-issued ID or driver’s license (for proof of residence)

    • The COVA Application ID , or the finalized form.

  3. Within 2 business days, an Oasis visa specialist will review the materials and follow up with:

    • An evaluation and comments

    • Instructions for registration and payment

    • Corrections or help in finalizing the application form (if needed)

  4. Once ready, Oasis will email a final application packet and a shipping checklist.

  5. Applicant will print the documents, prepare the package, and mail it using a secure courier service such as FedEx or UPS.
