If you are visiting our office here in Washington D.C, we provide the following photo services

1. Chinese passport photo services 

   • Visa photo requirement for China 

2. U.S passport photo services

   • The correct size of a passport photo is: 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) Head must be between 1 -1 3/8 inches (25 – 35 mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head

3. U.S Visa photo services (/Digital)

   1.  In color
   2. Sized such that the head is between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (22 mm and 35 mm) or 50% and 69% of the image’s total height from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. View the Photo Composition Template for more size requirement details.
   3. Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
   4. Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
   5. Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
   6. With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open
   7. Taken in clothing that you normally wear on a daily basis
   8. Uniforms should not be worn in your photo, except religious clothing that is worn daily.
   9. Do not wear a hat or head covering that obscures the hair or hairline, unless worn daily for a religious purpose. Your full face must be visible, and the head covering must not cast any shadows on your face.
   10. Headphones, wireless hands-free devices, or similar items are not acceptable in your photo.
   11. Eyeglasses are no longer allowed in new visa photos, except in rare circumstances when eyeglasses cannot be removed for medical reasons; e.g., the applicant has recently had ocular surgery and the eyeglasses are necessary to protect the applicant’s eyes. A medical statement signed by a medical professional/health practitioner must be provided in these cases. If the eyeglasses are accepted for medical reasons:
       • The frames of the eyeglasses must not cover the eye(s).
       • There must not be glare on eyeglasses that obscures the eye(s).
       • There must not be shadows or refraction from the eyeglasses that obscures the eye(s). 
   12. If you normally wear a hearing device or similar articles, they may be worn in your photo.

4. Hong Kong Passport / Entry Permit photo services

   The photograph should show your full frontal face with clear facial features.

   The photograph should have a plain white background.

   The size of the photograph must be 40mm (width) X 50mm (height). The size from chin to crown for the person in the photograph should be 32mm to 36mm. There should be sufficient headroom.

5. Schengen Visa Photo services

    These photos are subject to the following requirements:

   • Passport sized (3.5 x 4.5 cm).
   • Representative of you (i.e. your normal appearance/natural skin tone) and taken recently (within the past 6 months).
   • Taken against a plain white background and contain you alone; no other people or objects in the frame.
   • Capture mainly your face, and just the tops of your shoulders.
   • Your head must be forward-facing, so that all of your facial features are visible (i.e. not obscured by hair or accessories such as sunglasses) covering 32-36mm (70-80%) of the photo (if you normally wear (non-tinted) eyeglasses, you may wear them in the photo, so long as the frames don’t obscure any part of your eyes).
   • You must have a neutral expression, with your mouth closed and eyes opened (if red-eye occurs, it must be digitally removed).
   • Please note, while head coverings worn for religious reasons are acceptable, the entirety of your facial features must be visible, from your chin to your eyes. If there is fabric from a head garment in the frame, it may only cover the top part of your forehead-nothing more.
   • Photographs must be clear and in focus, color neutral and of a normal contrast and brightness.
   • Photographs must be printed at high resolution on high-quality photographic paper.
   • Photographs must be unmarked, containing no scratches, printer marks or wrinkles.

We also print other type of ID photos if you can provide us the requirement. You will be required to present in person and take the photo onsite. Please call to make an appointment first before come in.
