Passport Drop-Off Service at the Chinese Embassy

Oasis China Visa Services is located right next to the Chinese Embassy Visa Section. As a registered agency with the Embassy, we process visa applications daily, and the majority of cases received on time are submitted the same day. If you need your visa processed and returned quickly, we can help.

Who Is This Service For?

Our passport drop-off service at the Chinese Embassy is available to applicants who have already:

  • Completed their visa application through the new Chinese Embassy online visa system, and

  • Received pre-approval from the Chinese Embassy Visa Office, making them eligible for passport submission.

Service Fee

Take advantage of our limited-time introductory offer:

  • $40 per applicant — one-time submission & pick-up.

A $20 re-submission fee applies if the passport is not accepted by the Embassy on the first attempt.

Shipping Fee

We provide secure FedEx shipping with Direct Signature Confirmation and insurance coverage up to $500:

  • $20.00 — FedEx 2nd Day PM Delivery

  • $51.35 — FedEx Priority Overnight

✅ You may also send your passport using your own pre-paid envelope with a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Other Fees

Depending on your situation, the Chinese Embassy visa application fee may either:

  • Be paid online directly to the Embassy, or

  • Be paid to Oasis China Visa Services, so we can process the payment on your behalf when your visa is ready for pick-up.

💳 Please note: Credit card payments are subject to a 4% convenience fee.

What’s Included

  • An Oasis China Visa Services agent will personally deliver your passport to the Chinese Embassy within 1 business day of receiving your package.

  • Once the visa is issued, we will pick up your passport from the Embassy and return it to you securely at your designated address.

What’s Not Included

  • Review of your visa application

  • Assistance with the Embassy’s preliminary approval process

Need Additional Help?

If you are unable to receive pre-approval through the Embassy’s online system, or if you encounter technical or application-related issues, our visa specialists are ready to step in. Additional service fees may apply after we evaluate your application.
