Passport Pickup & Mailing Services
Our office is conveniently located right next to the Chinese Embassy Visa Section in Washington, D.C.
If you submitted your passport and visa application in person, there’s no need to return to the Embassy. Our team can pick up your passport and visa on your behalf and mail them securely back to you.
Service Fees
- Passport Pickup Service: $40 for each passport/visa.
- FedEx Shipping (optional): $23 for FedEx 2nd Day PM delivery, including Direct Signature Confirmation and insurance up to $500.
Chinese Embassy Visa Fees
The Embassy does not charge a fee at submission. Payment is required at the time of pickup.
